S.A.R.A.L. SAARTHI EDULABS has developed an experiential model for education that aims to enhance students’ understanding of complex educational concepts by breaking down classroom activities into four distinct stages. The first stage is the “Exposure Phase,” where students are introduced to a new topic and are given the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences and relate the topic to their personal learning goals. The second stage is the “Participation Phase,” where students become personally involved and participate in an activity that builds on their previous experience. The third stage is the “Internalisation Phase,” where a debriefing exercise is initiated, and learners have the opportunity to reflect on their participation in the activity and discuss potential effects on their future behavior or attitudes. Finally, in the “Dissemination or Transfer Phase,” students apply and present their learning, linking it with the world outside the classroom.
This experiential model is designed to help reduce pressure on the brain of the child and increase understanding of complex educational concepts. S.A.R.A.L SAARTHI EDULABS” provides an Experiential Model based on these Four Elements, of stages that outline Sequencing of classroom activities from the introduction of a topic or theme to the conclusion.
A. The “Exposure Phase”, what topic is introduced rings are given with the opportunity to reflect on their own experiences in this area and to relate the topic to their personal learning goals;
